What does the Radence member experience look like?
Every Radence membership moves through a series of coordinated phases, each building on the insights from the last.
- Clinical onboarding — a comprehensive intake with your dedicated clinical team to understand your health history, goals, and individual risk factors
- Lab and functional testing — over 150 biomarkers analyzed to identify early signals of risk across cancer, cardiovascular disease, metabolic dysfunction, cognitive decline, and more
- Advanced imaging — our proprietary BioAtlas MRI provides a comprehensive, whole-body view, complemented by heart and vascular assessments and additional imaging tailored to your medical history
- Genetics and pharmacogenomics — inherited risk and how your body processes medications, mapped and factored into your personalized care plan
- Proactive monitoring and optimization — your team tracks meaningful changes over time and coordinates follow-up testing, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and additional care as needed
- Annual reassessment — each year, we reassess your full clinical picture and refine your plan as your health, your goals, and the available science evolve.
Throughout your membership, your dedicated concierge coordinates the details, from testing and scheduling to specialist referrals and follow-up, while your Member Hub keeps your results, reports, and next steps organized in one place. You always know what’s next, what your results mean, and why it matters.
Why doesn't Radence have its own testing equipment or facilities?
By design. Rather than investing in fixed equipment and machinery that becomes outdated the moment newer technology arrives, we partner with the leading health systems and imaging centers across the country. This gives our members two advantages: convenient access to testing wherever they are, and access to the most advanced, clinically validated technology available, not equipment locked in place by a prior capital investment. As diagnostic and imaging technology evolves, Radence evolves with it, ensuring members always get the best available science rather than whatever a single facility happens to own.

What makes Radence different from other longevity companies?
Many longevity companies offer one-time tests or general screenings, then either replace your doctor or leave you to interpret results alone. Radence is different. We walk with you every step of the way, from scheduling appointments to reviewing results with our clinicians, to collaborating with your doctors and connecting you with our specialist network when needed. Radence is not a testing or research company. We give our members early access to cutting-edge healthcare technology, years before it reaches the broader primary care community. What truly differentiates Radence is the scientific foundation behind every clinical decision. Every member protocol is informed by TechAtlas, the scientific research division of RA Capital, one of the world’s leading healthcare investment firms focused exclusively on healthcare and life sciences. Those protocols are further informed by nationally recognized key opinion leaders from institutions including Mount Sinai, Harvard Medical School, and Weill Cornell. That scientific rigor is then translated into a highly personalized medical experience. We establish a comprehensive biological baseline for every member and continuously refine recommendations as their health and the science evolve.
Why is Radence concierge-led instead of a self-service app or portal?
Health data without interpretation is just noise. Anyone can hand you 150 biomarkers and a PDF. Radence pairs every result with a dedicated clinical team who tells you what it means, what to do next, and coordinates that action for you, from booking the specialist to briefing your primary care doctor. A portal can show you a number. Only a person can tell you whether that number matters and what to do about it.
Are there any current medical conditions that would exclude me from eligibility?
As an early detection and disease intervention program focused on cancer, cardiovascular, metabolic, neurodegenerative diseases, we are currently not taking new members with active Cancer under treatment in the last 4 years, advanced dementia, and dialysis, as we do not want to interfere with your current care plan. We will review general health concerns for you and your family members prior to enrollment.
How does Radence work alongside my current primary care doctor?
Radence operates in partnership with your primary care clinicians, not in competition with them. We provide actionable insights that you and your doctor can act on together. With your consent, we share findings in a clear, clinician-friendly format to support continuity of care, so nothing falls through the cracks between your Radence team and your existing physicians.
Is Radence available nationwide?
Yes. Membership testing and screening is available in the United States, and Radence supports members who travel internationally.
How does Radence protect my data?
Radence is fully HIPAA-compliant and adheres to the highest standards of information security. We employ robust physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to ensure the privacy of all Personal Health Information (PHI). Only you, your care team, and authorized Radence staff have access to your records.
