Clinical Partners
Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Radence clinical partner?
Radence is a precision medicine subspecialty membership program founded to detect and intervene based on signals of chronic illness. Our clinical partners are clinicians who seek a new level of insight into future health trajectories based upon multimodal data and expertise in predictive analytics and leading-edge technology. Additional clinical partners include companies that provide services to our clinic such as laboratories, imaging facilities, biometric screening, and early detection companies.
How does Radence collaborate with primary care clinicians for the care of their patients?
Radence is designed to complement — not replace — primary care. We collaborate directly with each member’s existing clinicians, concierge doctor, primary care physician, and specialists, providing detailed reports, evidence-based recommendations, and clinically relevant insights that enhance, not complicate, care delivery. Our team defines data that aligns with clinical priorities, enabling joint decision-making on preventive strategies and follow-up actions. This precision-guided, preventive model strengthens patient outcomes while elevating your capabilities and preserving the integrity of your practice.
How do you share patient results?
Clinicians are invited to participate in all results discussions as we collaborate on your patient’s care. You will receive structured, actionable reports that summarize findings across imaging, genomics, biomarkers, and other diagnostic modalities. These reports include expert interpretation, risk stratification, and prioritized next steps. Clinicians are strongly encouraged to join their patients for results reviews with our Radence clinician, and we are available to consult as a resource for any additional questions at any time. Our goal is to translate complex data into a baseline complete picture, assess risk for cancer, metabolic, neurodegenerative and cardiovascular illness and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations that you can confidently integrate into ongoing patient management.
Do you compensate your clinical referral partners?
Radence does not provide direct financial compensation to referring clinicians. Our company is founded on the belief that we are building the medicine of tomorrow, today. We rely on referrals and collaboration, and in return, we offer collaborative value: access to comprehensive multimodal data, advanced diagnostic interpretation, and a clinical partnership that extends your patients’ preventive care capabilities without adding administrative burden. Our research team is available through your local representative, as well as our clinical staff should you have any questions about precision medicine and the rapidly evolving field of preventive care and treatments for your patients.
How do I refer a patient for Radence membership?
To refer your patient for Radence Membership, contact our team at membership@radence.com or call (617) 618-6080 extension 106. We will coordinate all consents and onboarding, from medical record collection to scheduling baseline testing. Clinicians can expect ongoing communication throughout the process, aligning with existing laboratory and imaging schedules and ensuring your insight remains an integral part of the care conversation.
What is the profile of a Radence member?
Radence members are typically proactive, successful adults and their families ages 35 to 70, often executives and leaders in their fields, who seek a scientifically rigorous, preventive insight into their future health. They are generally healthy and are not undergoing active treatment for an urgent active medical issue in the past four years or under care such as dialysis and other treatment protocols as we don’t want to interfere with the current treatment. Many already work with concierge or executive health physicians and expect an elevated level of service, data interpretation, and complete privacy. The program requires active participation with multiple appointments which we will tailor to each patient’s needs. As the cost of membership is privately funded, consider if your patients are open to paying for an additional full-service membership.
How long does it take to establish a baseline for your members?
The initial baseline is developed as we analyze the results from our testing and screening, and incorporate family and personal medical history. The process can take up to six months to complete depending on the requirements of the specific patient. Variables include the patient age, personalized bloodwork and imaging orders, travel schedules and location. We build our comprehensive view using Radence’s proprietary multimodal testing protocol to detect cancer, neurodegenerative, cardiovascular and metabolic illnesses may include:
- Advanced biomarker panels (cardiometabolic, inflammatory, neurological, hormonal, and nutritional)
- Cutting-edge imaging (MRI, CT, vascular, and organ-specific protocols)
- Genetic and epigenetic analysis to evaluate inherited and lifestyle-driven risks
- Microbiome profiling and functional testing
- Wearables for heart health monitoring, sleep apnea detection, and continuous glucose monitoring as needed
All tests are personalized based on individual risk profiles, using the least invasive evidence-based methods. The result is a comprehensive, longitudinal foundation for all future comparisons and care decisions.
What kind of monitoring do Radence members receive throughout the year?
Through our multimodal testing approach, Radence gathers data from imaging, blood work, and physiologic tracking to identify subtle trends before disease manifests, enabling early intervention and timely specialist referrals when needed. Following customized testing protocols and comprehensive analysis and reporting based on each member’s health data, Radence provides members with at least eight clinical appointments and check-ins throughout the year. Primary care clinicians are invited to join any or all of them.
Do you offer memberships for testing only?
No, our membership offers comprehensive early detection testing and proprietary protocols to intercept early signals of disease by establishing a baseline and providing ongoing monitoring each year. There is a deep focus in year two on the most critical areas identified in year one. This will further the ongoing avoidance of disease with an evolving personalized care plan to optimize health span, allowing for more years in peak health.
What do you do with previous tests the patient may already have such as blood work and imaging?
We integrate existing diagnostic data into our analysis to reduce redundancy and ensure continuity of care, however, even with some overlap we will get updated results to assure we have the most current information, Previous labs, imaging, and genomics are reviewed by our clinical team and incorporated into our analysis, allowing for a more complete understanding of longitudinal health trends.
What do you do if you discover emergent findings during the testing process?
If we identify an urgent or clinically significant finding, the member and the member’s primary care clinician are notified immediately. Radence facilitates rapid coordination with appropriate specialists or emergency services as necessary, ensuring the patient receives timely, guided intervention with full transparency between all care providers.
How do you refer patients to other specialists?
Radence maintains a vetted national network of subspecialists, including academic and private experts across oncology, cardiology, neurology, and metabolic medicine. We coordinate introductions and provide complete documentation, streamlining access to high-caliber specialty care. Members are also welcome to consult with existing specialists or referrals from their primary care clinicians. Regardless of the source of the referral, it is a collaborative process, and the Radence clinician team will serve in navigational and advisory capacity every step of the way.
Do you have VIP access?
Yes. Radence members receive priority scheduling and fast-track access to leading imaging centers, laboratories, and clinical specialists nationwide. Member Concierge coordination includes appointment scheduling, local transportation, and in-home or in-office phlebotomy as needed.
Do you write prescriptions?
Radence clinicians do not manage routine prescriptions or primary care medications. When testing identifies a clear need for medical therapy, we communicate findings and recommendations to the referring clinician or specialist for implementation, maintaining a collaborative and compliant care structure. As needed, through the expertise of our TechAtlas research team and expert clinical team, we may recommend new on-science evidence-based medications that may not be widely used due to timing yet offer a significant advantage over current therapies. In such cases, we can assist primary care clinicians to gain access to prescriptions.
Tell me about your Concierge Pharmacist benefit.
Every Radence member receives a pharmacogenomics test to determine how their genetic makeup influences their response to medication and supplements, providing assurance for safety and optimal efficacy. In addition, both the member and their medical care team have access to a dedicated concierge pharmacist, who reviews medications, identifies potential interactions, and collaborates with their primary care clinician and medical team.

What is the Radence Standard of Care?
Radence is defining a higher standard of care than currently available in healthcare systems today. Our focus is on early detection for disease interception and enduring support. We walk with our members every step of the way and collaborate with their existing medical teams, primary care clinicians, and specialists. While many precision medicine programs involve many modalities and a great deal of data, at Radence, the bar is much higher. Our interpretation of precision medicine involves a 360-degree approach, innovative tools, and high-quality data to provide actionable insight that can impact our members’ day-to-day quality of life. Radence’s multi-layered approach to early detection triangulates insights across tools, organ systems, and time. It’s about doing the right biometric screening assessments that are well validated and scientifically significant, not over testing. Every encounter, every report, every protocol is held to a higher standard, constantly evaluated and pressure tested, focused on the drive to be the best and deliver the best.
