• How much does membership cost?

• Can I include my family in Radence Membership?

  Yes. There is a one-time initiation fee upon enrollment that covers one primary member plus up to three associate members, such as a spouse or significant other, parents, and adult children. In addition, there are annual fees for each individual membership.

• Is Radence a research company?

  No. Radence is not a testing or research company, however we offer our members early access to cutting-edge healthcare technology, years before it is available to the overall primary care clinical community. We use advanced testing and screening to gather precise health data, which is then integrated over time to create a comprehensive, personalized view of each member’s health. We are grounded in science and partner with TechAtlas, the research-focused division of RA Capital Management, whose team of experts continuously analyzes global scientific and clinical data. In addition, our Clinical Advisory Board comprises renowned members from the world’s leading academic and scientific institutions. This collaboration enables Radence to identify breakthrough technologies and apply advanced analytics and biomarker mapping to detect health risks long before symptoms emerge.

• Are there any current medical conditions that would exclude me from eligibility?

  As an early detection and disease intervention program focused on cancer, cardiovascular, metabolic, neurodegenerative diseases, we are currently not taking new members with active Cancer under treatment in the last 4 years, advanced dementia, and dialysis, as we do not want to interfere with your current care plan. We will review general health concerns for you and your family members prior to enrollment.

• Is Radence a primary care doctor?

  No. Radence operates in partnership with your primary care clinicians, not in competition with them. We provide you and your primary care clinician and specialists with meaningful actionable insights — interpreting data and prioritizing recommended interventions.

• Will my data be shared with my doctor?

  With your consent, Radence shares findings in a clear, clinician-friendly format to support collaboration and continuity of care with your primary care clinician and specialists as needed.

• How quickly will I get my test results?

  Some tests require different processing times than others. Following your baseline tests, you will have a comprehensive consultation with a Radence clinician who will personally share your results with you, answer your questions, and offer personalized guidance. Ongoing monitoring and follow-up tests, if needed, are scheduled based on your curated health optimization care plan.

• What happens if my test results detect an abnormal finding?

  With Radence by your side, you are not alone. If your test results indicate an emergent finding, a health risk, or early disease, we will notify you immediately and walk with you through next steps, including referrals to top-tier specialists if needed. The findings will be integrated into your care plan, in coordination with your physician.

• If I feel anxious about extensive testing and what it could uncover about my health, how does Radence handle this?

  We understand that health information can feel overwhelming, and our approach is built to provide clarity, not anxiety. Every test we recommend has a clear purpose and is carefully chosen for each member, based on your personal and family health history, your goals, and what will offer the most meaningful insight into your current and long-term health. Radence is focused on the right tests, not more tests. And our clinicians take time to explain what each results means and guide you through every step, so you always feel informed, supported, and incontrol. • Is Radence Membership exclusive?

  Yes. Radence Membership is limited because we deliver science-driven care with world renowned clinical experts, rigorous attention to detail, and unparalleled high-touch personalized service that simply does not exist in healthcare systems today. We accept a limited number of members per month to assure the highest levels of clinical attention to each member.

• Is Radence available nationwide?

  Yes. Membership testing and screening is available in the United States, and Radence supports members who travel internationally.

  Radence is fully HIPAA-compliant and adheres to the highest standards of information security. We employ robust physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to ensure the privacy of all Personal Health Information (PHI). Only you, your care team, and authorized Radence staff have access to your records.
